The Bachelor's Program "Computer Science" (Georgian-French) is implemented jointly with the University of Evry (Paris Saclay Group) and provides for the issuance of a double diploma. Most of the subjects overlap with other internationally accredited programs operating at the faculty. The program will be implemented with the support of the governments of Georgia and France.

At the initial stage, the student is not required to know the French language. Its study is carried out during the first two years of study.

To receive a double diploma, the student must meet the conditions stipulated in the agreement: "Rules for submitting an application for a double degree program": students must have received at least three years of higher education (at least 180 credits) in the field of computer science. In addition, they must have a B1 level of French in accordance with the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages ​​established by the Council of Europe. Candidates are exempted from the language exam if they have a document confirming B1 or a higher level of language proficiency that meets the European qualification standards. “Students who have completed and passed 2 semester courses (60 ECTS) within the framework of this program in accordance with the plan specified in the pedagogical appendix will receive: a Bachelor’s degree from TSU in “Computer Science” and a Lisance (Bachelor’s) degree from EVEU in “Informatics”.

The program provides for the possibility of teaching a number of subjects in French. The teaching of subjects in French is provided by the partner university.

The student is also given the opportunity to study subjects in English if he wishes (within the framework of the English-language Bachelor’s degree program).
