On July 18, 2024 the first student conference "Gender Dimensions of Cybersecurity" was held with the support of the British Embassy and the UN Women's Organization.
The goal of the conference was to promote academic research and facilitate the exchange of knowledge and experience regarding gender aspects. Students and researchers were given the opportunity to present their papers and participate in discussions with experts. The event brought together various stakeholders, including academia, civil society, and international organizations, to foster positive changes in addressing gender inequality. The discussions focused on innovative approaches to challenges in the field, ultimately aiming to promote gender equality and inclusivity in the field of cybersecurity across Georgia.
